- Our customers located in the UAE should be receiving their orders within 1-2 working days of placing their order

- Our customers located in Oman can anticipate receiving their order within 3-4 working days after placing their order
2. How much is the delivery fee?
- The delivery charge is 14Â AED for COD ( cash on delivery ) orders under 99 AED for customers within the UAE
- The delivery charge is 3 OMR for customers in Oman
3. Do you offer free shipping/delivery?
- Free shipping is available for orders above 99 AED to customers within the UAE
4. Do you deliver abroad?
- We currently only provide shipping to the Emirates and Oman, however we are working to offer international shipping soon

6. How do i track my order?
- When your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the order’s tracking number that you can provide to the “chat with us” robot on our website
7. Where can i find a discount code?
- "First10" is available to new customers, customers will receive a 10% discount card with their purchase.
8. Are your products harmful and cruelty free?
- Our products have been tested and are safe to use; however, because everyone's skin is different, we recommend that you always consult a doctor before using any beauty products, including ours. The body and skin undergo significant changes, particularly during pregnancy.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently only accept cash on delivery, but we do offer the option to pay online, which is not currently available on our website, so you would need to contact our customer service agents to use that option.
10. Do you have any branches?
- As of now, we are an online store, but we are hoping to expand soon to shopping areas so that you can meet us.
11. How can i cancel my order?
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact one of our customer service representatives and provide them with the necessary information, such as your order number or tracking number.
12. How can I return my order?
- Similar to canceling an order, provide the customer service agent with the order details and a reason for returning it.
13. How can i share my feedback/review on a product?
- You can do so by searching for the product on our website and scrolling down to the reviews section.
After leaving a review, you will receive a 10% discount.
14. How can I be the first to learn about new products and arrivals?
- We notify our customers via Instagram whenever a new product is released, and we also have a "new arrival" button on our website.Â
15. I want to participate in the 500 AED voucher giveaway?
- To do so, take a good picture or video of the products you ordered and share it on your Instagram or Tiktok, tagging us so we can see it, and you will automatically enter the competition.
16. Is it possible to buy in bulk?

18. How can I modify my order?Â
- If you want to add/remove a product, use a discount code, or change your phone number/address, please contact customer service and provide them with the order details and what needs to be changed.
19. Do you offer samples?
- We do not offer free samples because we are an online store.
20. What are your office working hours?
- Thursday and Friday ( 9 AM – 5 PM )
- Saturday to Wednesday ( 9 AM – 6 PM )
